  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Times

We work with trusted international suppliers to deliver your products directly to you.
Estimated delivery times are:

Finland 7–15 business days
European Union 7–20 business days
Rest of World 10–25 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or supplier delays.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Free shipping on orders over €120

  • Orders under €120 have a flat-rate shipping fee of €7.

  • Any applicable import duties or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number.

Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update.

5. Wrong Address or Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order.
We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Split Shipments

If you ordered multiple items, they may ship separately for faster delivery.
You’ll receive separate tracking numbers if applicable.
